Redundant Hosting and Connectivity. Provider shall simultaneously operate a mirror system at a hardened data center facility in the United States that is geographically remote from the primary system on which the Service Software and Hosted Services are hosted (the “Secondary Backup Facility”). Except for its location and housing facility, the mirror system shall: (a) be identical in all respects to the primary system; (b) have hardware and software, network connectivity, power supplies, backup generators, and other similar equipment and services that operate independently of the primary system; (c) have fully current backups of all Customer Data stored on the primary system; and (d) have the ability to provide the Hosted Services in accordance with this Agreement and the Specifications during the performance of routine and remedial maintenance or any outage or failure of the primary system. Provider shall operate, monitor and maintain such mirror system so that it may be activated within [PERIOD] of any failure of the Hosted Services to be Available.

Redundant Hosting and Connectivity. Consultant shall simultaneously operate a mirror system at a hardened data center facility in the United States that is geographically remote from the primary system on which any software that is a deliverable for SANDAG or Hosted Services that are hosted by Consultant (the "Secondary Backup Facility") that may be called for in the scope of work. Except for its location and housing facility, the mirror system shall: (a) be identical in all respects to the primary system; (b) have hardware and software, network connectivity, power supplies, backup generators and other similar equipment and services that operate independently of the primary system; (c) have fully current backups of all SANDAG Data stored on the primary system; and (d) have the ability to provide the Hosted Services in accordance with this Agreement and the specifications during the performance of routine and remedial maintenance or any outage or failure of the primary system fails. Consultant shall operate, monitor and maintain such mirror system so that it may be activated within 24 hours of any failure of the Hosted Services to be available.
Redundant Hosting and Connectivity. Scitara shall operate a highly available system across geographically remote data centers on which the Subscription Services are hosted. Except for its location and housing facility, the data centers shall: (a) have hardware and software, network connectivity, power supplies, backup generators and other similar equipment and services that operate independently; and (b) have the ability to provide the Software Services in accordance with this Agreement and the specifications during the performance of routine and remedial maintenance or any outage or failure.
Redundant Hosting and Connectivity. From and after the date that is thirty (30) Business Days following aggregate Net Platform Sales exceeding $15,000,000, PhoneX shall simultaneously operate a mirror system at a hardened data center facility in the United States that is geographically remote from the primary system on which the Subscription Services are hosted (the “Secondary Backup Facility”). Except for its location and housing facility, the mirror system shall: (a) be identical in all respects to the primary system; (b) have hardware and software, network connectivity, power supplies, backup generators, and other similar equipment and services that operate independently of the primary system; (c) have fully current backups of all Brightstar Data stored on the primary system; and (d) have the ability to provide the Subscription Services in accordance with this Agreement and the Specifications during the performance of routine and remedial maintenance or any outage or failure of the primary system. PhoneX shall operate, monitor, and maintain such mirror system so that it may be activated within two (2) hours after discovery of any failure of the Subscription Services to be Available.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.
