Reemployment Subsequent to a Voluntary Resignation. When the District rehires an employee who was permanent at the time of his/her voluntary resignation, the employee shall be placed on the experience step of the salary schedule occupied at the time of resignation if reemployment is in the same classification the employee occupied at the time of resignation.
