Reference Inquiries. The Company’s Human Resources Department will respond to inquiries from individuals identifying themselves as prospective employers seeking reference information from the Company solely by: (i) confirming the dates of Employee’s employment; (ii) confirming the title and nature of the last position held by Employee; (iii) advising that Employee’s employment ended; and (iv) stating that it is the policy of the Company to provide no other information respecting its employees or former employees. Upon request, following expiration of the Revocation Period, the Company will provide Employee with a letter that contains that information.
Reference Inquiries. In response to any reference inquiries, consistent with current CBS policy, CBS will only release your dates of employment and last position held. You agree to direct any such inquiries to the Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer (or equivalent position).

Reference Inquiries. Employee will be provided with a favorable letter of recommendation, to be mutually agreed upon between Employee and Xxx Xxxxxx, Chief Executive Officer of HouseValues. Employee agrees to have all reference inquiries directed to Xxx Xxxxxx, Chief Executive Officer of HouseValues. Employer agrees that Xxx Xxxxxx, Chief Executive Officer of HouseValues, will respond to all verbal inquiries to HouseValues regarding Employee in a manner consistent with the letter of recommendation. If Xxx Xxxxxx is not available, verbal inquiries may be addressed by the Human Resources Director.

Reference Inquiries. In the event that any person or entity requests information regarding Executive’s employment with the Company, the Company will inform the inquiring party that Executive’s employment with the Company ended by mutual agreement and that Executive has transitioned from being an employee of the Company to an independent consultant to the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company acknowledges that it terminated the Employment Agreement Not for Cause pursuant to Section 5.6 of the Employment Agreement. In addition, Executive may refer potential employers or clients to Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces.   • Credit Inquiries Agent and Lenders may (but shall have no obligation) to respond to usual and customary credit inquiries from third parties concerning any Obligor or Subsidiary.

  • Relationship Manager Inquiry for Actual Knowledge In addition to the electronic and paper record searches described above, the Reporting Financial Institution must treat as Reportable Accounts any High Value Accounts assigned to a relationship manager (including any accounts aggregated with such account) if the relationship manager, has actual knowledge that the Account Holder is a Specified Person.

  • Certified and Minority Business Enterprises Reports Upon Customer request, the Contractor shall report to the requesting Customer the Contractor’s spend with certified and other minority business enterprises in the provision of commodities or services related to the Customer’s orders. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code, and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period; commodities and services provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business enterprise on behalf of the Customer.

  • Governmental Inquiries The Acquiror Company has provided to the Company a copy of each material written inspection report, questionnaire, inquiry, demand or request for information received by the Acquiror Company from any Governmental Authority, and the Acquiror Company’s response thereto, and each material written statement, report or other document filed by the Acquiror Company with any Governmental Authority.

  • TECHNOLOGY/KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER ACTIVITIES The goal of this task is to develop a plan to make the knowledge gained, experimental results, and lessons learned available to the public and key decision makers. • Prepare an Initial Fact Sheet at start of the project that describes the project. Use the format provided by the CAM. • Prepare a Final Project Fact Sheet at the project’s conclusion that discusses results. Use the format provided by the CAM. • Prepare a Technology/Knowledge Transfer Plan that includes: o An explanation of how the knowledge gained from the project will be made available to the public, including the targeted market sector and potential outreach to end users, utilities, regulatory agencies, and others. o A description of the intended use(s) for and users of the project results. o Published documents, including date, title, and periodical name. o Copies of documents, fact sheets, journal articles, press releases, and other documents prepared for public dissemination. These documents must include the Legal Notice required in the terms and conditions. Indicate where and when the documents were disseminated. o A discussion of policy development. State if project has been or will be cited in government policy publications, or used to inform regulatory bodies. o The number of website downloads or public requests for project results. o Additional areas as determined by the CAM. • Conduct technology transfer activities in accordance with the Technology/Knowledge Transfer Plan.
