Laundry Allowance A laundry and dry cleaning allowance of $20.00 per week is to be paid to Appraisers assigned to work outside the County of Los Angeles for periods in excess of 14 calendar days.
INJURY ALLOWANCE 34.01 An employee injured on the job shall be paid for the balance of his or her shift on which the injury occurred if, as a result of such an injury, the employee is sent home by the Employer or is sent to an outside hospital and doctor at such hospital or the employee’s own doctor certifies that the employee should not return to work. The Employer will make available transportation for such injured employee.
Holiday allowance A full-time Pharmacist who does not work on a holiday shall be paid eight (8) hours holiday allowance. A part-time Pharmacist shall receive holiday allowance as provided in Section D, below.
Maternity Allowance (a) An employee who has been granted maternity leave without pay shall be paid a maternity allowance in accordance with the terms of the Supplemental Unemployment Benefit (SUB) Plan described in paragraph (c) to (i), provided that she:
Regulatory Allocations Notwithstanding any provisions of paragraph 1 of this Exhibit B, the following special allocations shall be made.
Productivity Allowance A productivity allowance per hour worked will be paid to employees engaged upon construction work from the date of agreement. This allowance will not be subject to penalty addition and shall be in lieu of all or any Parent Award disability allowances, with the exception of the multi-storey allowance. Pension Contributions While on Short Term Disability Contributions for OMERS Plan Members When an employee/plan member is on short-term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OMERS contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.
Motor allowance Employees who in the service of their employer use their own vehicles at the request of their employer shall be paid per kilometre at the rate detailed in Appendix A.
Cash Allowances (a) The Guaranteed Price includes cash allowances as set out in the Specifications which shall be expended as Owner directs through the Consultant by a Cash Allowance Disbursement Authorization.
Modifications or Additions to Master Agreement As used in this document, Contract (whether capitalized or not) will, unless the context requires otherwise, mean this document and all incorporated Exhibits, which set forth the entire understanding of the Parties and supersede any and all prior agreements. This Contract may only be modified or amended upon mutual written agreement by the Parties. If amendments are made to the Master Agreement, the Contractor shall: 1) notify the Department of such amendments; and 2) provided the Department is amenable to incorporating the amendments into this Contract, enter into a written amendment with the Department reflecting the addition of such amendments to this Contract. In addition to Section 2.2.1 of the Master Agreement and any additional language within the Contract regarding delivery, the Parties agree that Inside Delivery for Customers under this ACS may be further negotiated prior to purchases under this ACS.
