Reform Implementation. Counties where Reform is implemented will be known as Reform Counties. The State must request an amendment to the Demonstration, as described in paragraphs 6 and 7, should the State desire to expand the Demonstration to additional Florida counties or mandate enrollment into the Demonstration for populations that are not required to be mandatorily enrolled in the Demonstration as of December 5, 2011. The following is a list of Reform Counties:

Reform Implementation. Assistance to eligible primary and general secondary schools included in the Education Reform Program (the Participating Schools), through the provision of textbooks and other learning materials, staff professional development, school equipment, and minor school buildings renovations, and monitoring and evaluation of reform activities, through the financing of goods, works, consultants’ services and training.

  • COOPERATION IN IMPLEMENTATION On demand of the other Spouse and without undue delay or expense, each Spouse shall execute, acknowledge, or deliver any instrument, furnish any information, or perform any other acts reasonably necessary to carry out the provisions of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Implementation Report Within 150 days after the Effective Date, Extendicare shall submit a written report to OIG summarizing the status of its implementation of the requirements of this CIA (Implementation Report). The Implementation Report shall, at a minimum, include:
