Refrigerated Containers Clause Samples
The 'Refrigerated Containers' clause establishes requirements and standards for the use, maintenance, and operation of temperature-controlled shipping containers. It typically outlines the responsibilities of parties regarding the provision, inspection, and monitoring of refrigerated units to ensure that perishable goods are kept within specified temperature ranges during transit. This clause is essential for protecting the integrity of temperature-sensitive cargo, thereby minimizing spoilage and loss, and clarifying liability in the event of equipment failure or temperature deviations.
