Refund of EMD. EMD of unsuccessful bidders received shall be refunded online through the same mode only. The refund of EMD to bidders who fail to qualify the eligibility /technical stage shall be initiated automatically within 15 days of opening of financial bid.

Refund of EMD. E.M.D of the unsuccessful bidders will be released immediately in next three days without asking any application from the Applicant, at the level of HOD through SRM system and without any insistence of the sanction of the competent authority.

If the successful tenderer commences supplies / work and also lodges the security deposit in the manner prescribed and within the period specified, MRPL shall return to him Xxxxxxx Money Deposit, paid by him without any interest thereon. ii. EMD of all qualified bidders whose financial bids are opened (except the confirmed lowest bidder) shall be returned/refunded after award of Contract to successful bidder. ▪ EMD of the successful bidder will be returned/refunded after receipt of Performance Bank Guarantee against Security Deposit for Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Warranty/Guarantee period as per Para 4. ▪ If this office cancels this Bid, then THIS OFFICE will return the EMD of all Bidders for whom the EMD was not already forfeited and enchased. ▪ THIS OFFICE shall refund same amount as received from bidders towards EMD and in the same currency with no interest or any other expenses, whatsoever, in any manner to the bidder or its authorized representative. ▪ The Bidder shall provide the requisite Bank Account details for return of EMD.

Refund of EMD. The EMD amount paid by the Successful Bidder(s) will be adjusted towards Security Deposit payable by them. If the successful Bidder submits Security Deposit for the stipulated value in full by way of Bank Guarantee, the EMD will be refunded. The EMD amount of the unsuccessful Bidder will be refunded after finalisation and issue of firm purchase order to the Successful Bidder.

Refund of EMD.  EMD of the unsuccessful Tenderers if paid in Cash / Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque will be returned within 15 days from the date of placing of the order to the successful Tenderer through RTGS / NEFT for credit to his Bank Account. The Bidder shall have to give details of his Bank Account with a Cheque duly cancelled. No claim for refund of EMD against original Money Receipt shall be entertained by the Company.  The Bank Guarantee of the unsuccessful Tenderers towards EMD shall be returned within 15 days from the date of placing of the order to the successful Tenderer. However, the EMD Amount / Bank Guarantee of technically disqualified bidder will be returned within 15 days from opening of price bids.  The details of refund of EMD by RTGS with transaction No. should be informed to respective bidder by letter/ e-mail etc.  EMD will be returned to the successful Bidders, only on their submission of Performance Guarantee towards execution period (i.e. Security Deposit) against order released on them.
