Refund of EMD i. If the successful tenderer commences supplies / work and also lodges the security deposit in the manner prescribed and within the period specified, MRPL shall return to him Xxxxxxx Money Deposit, paid by him without any interest thereon. ii. Xxxxxxx Money Deposit will be refunded to all unsuccessful tenderers after finalization of the Tender.

Refund of EMD. On satisfactory performance of the contract and on receipt of “No. Demand” certificate from the GM(W) the EMD will be refunded to the Supplier provided that no claim whatsoever against the Supplier and nothing is due from the Supplier and that the Supplier has completed the work to the entire satisfaction of the Company. Withholding or forfeiture of EMD:- Without prejudice to the rights of the Company to claim damages arising on account of breach of contract under the Contract ACT−1972 the EMD shall be liable to the withholdƒforfeited wholly on partially at the sole discretion of the Company should be borne by Supplier either full or fulfill his contractual obligations on the settle in full dues to the Company.
Refund of EMD.  EMD of the unsuccessful Tenderers if paid in Cash / Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque will be returned within 15 days from the date of placing of the order to the successful Tenderer through RTGS / NEFT for credit to his Bank Account. The Bidder shall have to give details of his Bank Account with a Cheque duly cancelled. No claim for refund of EMD against original Money Receipt shall be entertained by the Company.  The Bank Guarantee of the unsuccessful Tenderers towards EMD shall be returned within 15 days from the date of placing of the order to the successful Tenderer. However, the EMD Amount / Bank Guarantee of technically disqualified bidder will be returned within 15 days from opening of price bids.  The details of refund of EMD by RTGS with transaction No. should be informed to respective bidder by letter/ e-mail etc.  EMD will be returned to the successful Bidders, only on their submission of Performance Guarantee towards execution period (i.e. Security Deposit) against order released on them.

  • REFUND OF UNEARNED COMPENSATION The Party of the Second Part agrees to refund the Party of the First Part any compensation received for which no services were rendered.   • USE OF EMPLOYER FACILITIES 27.01 Reasonable space on bulletin boards including electronic bulletin boards where available, in convenient locations will be made available to the Institute for the posting of official Institute notices. The Institute shall endeavour to avoid requests for posting of notices that the Employer, acting reasonably, could consider adverse to its interests or to the interests of any of its representatives. Posting of notices or other materials shall require the prior approval of the Employer, except notices of meetings of their members and elections, the names of Institute representatives, and social and recreational events. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. 27.02 The Employer will also continue its present practice of making available to the Institute specific locations on its premises for the placement of reasonable quantities of literature of the Institute. 27.03 A duly accredited representative of the Institute may be permitted access to the Employer’s premises to assist in the resolution of a complaint or grievance and to attend meetings called by management. Permission to enter the premises shall, in each case, be obtained from the Employer. 27.04 The Institute shall provide the Employer, a list of such Institute representatives and shall advise promptly of any change made to the list.

  • Severance Allowance A laid-off employee shall be entitled to severance allowance pursuant to Article 55.

  • Dependent Life Insurance In the event of the death of your spouse or dependent child from any cause whatsoever, while you and your dependents are insured under the plan, the insurance company will pay you $10,000 in respect of your spouse and $5,000 in respect of each insured dependent child. This applies to those employees with family health coverage only.

  • Life Insurance Benefits A. During the life of this Agreement, the basic life insurance benefit made available to Faculty members shall be calculated as 3 times base annual earnings, rounded to the next highest $1,000, but not more than $225,000. A separate additional benefit up to the amount of the life insurance will be paid for accidental death and dismemberment, or loss of sight. The amount of Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment/Loss of Sight benefits will be reduced to 65% at age 65, and further reduced (from the original insurance amount) as follows: to 50% at age 70, and 35% at age 75. Basic life insurance and AD&D benefits will be provided with no employee contributions. B. Faculty members will be eligible to purchase the following supplemental coverage: 1. additional amounts of group term life insurance at a level of between one and three (3) times the Faculty member’s annual salary with a maximum of $600,000. The guaranteed issue level at initial enrollment will be determined by the life insurance carrier and any amounts over the guaranteed level will be subject to the underwriting requirements of the life insurance carrier. 2. group term life insurance for spouses and domestic partners at a level of between one (1) and three (3) times annual salary with a maximum of $600,000.   • First Aid Allowance An employee who has been trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. John's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid a weekly allowance of $11.50 if appointed by their employer to perform first aid duty.

  • Death Benefits Upon the Executive’s death during the Contract Period, the Executive’s estate shall not be entitled to any further benefits under this Agreement.

  • Disability Benefit If the Executive terminates employment due to Disability prior to Normal Retirement Age, the Company shall pay to the Executive the benefit described in this Section 2.3 in lieu of any other benefit under this Agreement.
