Unsuccessful Bidder definition

Unsuccessful Bidder means Bidder(s) who submitted a Response and not selected as an ASB to perform the anticipated services.
Unsuccessful Bidder means any person or organization that submits a bid or proposal which is not accepted by NYSOFA. Throughout this procedure, the term “unsuccessful bidder” shall also refer to the unsuccessful applicants for grant awards under a request for applications process.
Unsuccessful Bidder means a supplier of goods and services that submits a quotation or request for proposal, or tender but is not selected once the evaluation decision has been made.
