Regional Staff Development Committees. In each region there will be a Staff Development Committee which will examine all issues of workload including staff training, temporary employee training and orientation, education, and professional development. The Committee shall make decisions as appropriate. The Committee shall consist of the regional xxxxxxx(s), the Regional Director and, if necessary, any others as determined by the parties from time to time. The Committee will draft minutes of their meetings which will be forwarded to the Workload Committee and the respective parties within ten (10) days of a meeting. Where a consensus cannot be reached by the Committee on an issue before it, it will be forwarded to the Labour-Management Committee for resolve.
