Regular Day Off (RDO). When a holiday falls on an employee’s regular day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of holiday pay.

Regular Day Off (RDO). When a holiday falls on an employee’s regular day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of holiday pay. For records employees working a 4-10 work schedule, when a holiday falls on a day that would be the records employee’s regular workday if that employee were working their normal 5-8 work schedule, the employee will be granted a day off during that week adjacent to the employee’s regular day off. Such employees will not receive holiday pay otherwise required by this section.
