Regular Days Off Changes. The Department may alter an employee’s regular days off schedule (but no more than twice per employee in a calendar year) to accommodate training, provided that the employee is given ten days’ notice of the alteration. In the event that an employee’s days off are rescheduled pursuant to this section, the employee will receive comp time at the overtime rate for all hours spent in training on their normal day off.
