Common use of Regular Full-Time Position Clause in Contracts

Regular Full-Time Position. is a position of an ongoing nature that requires employment on a full-time basis of forty (40) hours per week for Schedule ‘A’ or thirty-five (35) hours per week for Schedule ‘B’ or other such number of weekly hours as is recognized in this Agreement as normal for a particular class of full-time positions.

Regular Full-Time Position. is A position in which an employee works a position continuing, year-round, five (5) day week of an ongoing nature that requires employment on seven and one-half (7½) hours or eight (8) hours per day; or a continuing, year-round, four (4) day week of ten (10) hours per day. Regular full-time basis of forty (40) hours per week for Schedule ‘A’ positions can be either in the classified or thirtyunclassified Merit System as defined in Resolution No. 78-five (35) hours per week for Schedule ‘B’ or other such number of weekly hours as is recognized in this Agreement as normal for a particular class of full-time positions142, Section 2.
