Regular Year. The length of the employee's regular work year shall be 182 (180 base contract and two (2) state-funded Learning Improvement days. If the State does not authorize and fund the two (2) days, the Association agrees to re-open this provision of the CBA. Any extension of contract days beyond 182 shall be on a supplemental contract and shall be paid at 1/182nd of the employee's annual salary for each day the contract is extended.
