Regulatory Agency Inspection Reports. The Contractor agrees that it is extremely important for the Department to maintain a good standing with the Local Enforcement Agency (LEA) and the various state and local regulatory agencies. The Contractor further agrees that violations noted by the LEA and other state and local regulatory agencies (such as CalRecycle, RWQCB, OSHA, DTSC, and YSAQMD) during routine inspections are injurious to the Department’s ability to maintain a good standing. To that end, the Department shall provide an increase in compensation to the Contractor for achieving accomplishments related to LEA and all other state and local regulatory agencies inspections and a decrease in compensation for failure to meet LEA and all other state and local regulatory agencies requirements as it relates to Contactor’s work in this Agreement. Annually, Department shall review the LEA and all other state and local regulatory agencies inspection reports for the purpose of determining increases in the Contractor’s compensation. An increase in the amount of $5,000 per category shall be awarded if there are no violations and no areas of concern in the year in any of the specific categories listed below and all other inspections by other state and local regulatory agencies or an increase in the amount of $2,500 per category shall be awarded if there is no violation and no areas of concern in the year in any of the specific categories listed below and all other inspections by other state and local regulatory agencies as relates to Contactor’s work in this Agreement. • Daily Cover (CCR Title 27, Section 20680 et seq.) • Alternative Daily Cover (CCR Title 27, Section 20670 et seq.) • Intermediate Cover (CCR Title 27, Section 20700 et seq.) • Nuisance Control (CCR Title 27, Section 20760 et seq.) • Leachate Control (CCR Title 27, Section 20790 et seq.) • Dust Control (CCR Title 27, Section 20800 et seq.) • Litter Control (CCR Title 27, Section 20830 et seq.) • Vector Control Measures (CCR Title 27, Section 17353 et seq.) In addition, monthly the Contractor shall receive a $1,000 increase in which the LEA and all other inspections by other state and local regulatory agencies identifies no operational violations or areas of concern at all. Monthly, the Department shall deduct $2,000 from the Contractor’s monthly payment in which the LEA and all other inspections by other state and local regulatory agencies identifies operational violations or areas of concern.

  • Evaluation Reports Where a formal evaluation of an employee's performance is carried out, the employee shall be provided with a copy to read and review. Provision shall be made on the evaluation form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee's signature in two (2) places, one indicating that the employee has read and accepts the evaluation, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the evaluation. The employee shall sign in one of the places provided within seven (7) calendar days. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of an evaluation report unless the signature indicates disagreement with the evaluation. The employee shall receive a copy of the evaluation report at the time of signing. An evaluation report shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure.

  • Construction Reports Each Constructing Entity shall issue reports to each other Construction Party on a monthly basis, and at such other times as reasonably requested, regarding the status of the construction and installation of the Interconnection Facilities. Each Construction Party shall promptly identify, and shall notify each other Construction Party of, any event that the Construction Party reasonably expects may delay completion, or may significantly increase the cost, of the Interconnection Facilities. Should a Construction Party report such an event, Transmission Provider shall, within fifteen days of such notification, convene a technical meeting of the Construction Parties to evaluate schedule alternatives.

  • OIG INSPECTION, AUDIT, AND REVIEW RIGHTS ‌ In addition to any other rights OIG may have by statute, regulation, or contract, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may conduct interviews, examine or request copies of Xxxxxx’x books, records, and other documents and supporting materials and/or conduct on-site reviews of any of Xxxxxx’x locations for the purpose of verifying and evaluating: (a) Xxxxxx’x compliance with the terms of this IA and (b) Xxxxxx’x compliance with the requirements of the Federal health care programs. The documentation described above shall be made available by Xxxxxx to OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) at all reasonable times for inspection, audit, and/or reproduction. Furthermore, for purposes of this provision, OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) may interview Xxxxxx and any of Xxxxxx’x employees or contractors who consent to be interviewed at the individual’s place of business during normal business hours or at such other place and time as may be mutually agreed upon between the individual and OIG. Xxxxxx shall assist OIG or its duly authorized representative(s) in contacting and arranging interviews with such individuals upon OIG’s request. Xxxxxx’x employees and contractors may elect to be interviewed with or without a representative of Xxxxxx present.

  • Utilization Reports Both the Contractor and Subcontractor shall complete Quarterly Utilization Reports (or similar type documents containing the same information) and submit them to the Contracting Officer and to the Bureau within ten (10) business days at the end of each quarter. This information will be used to determine the actual dollar amount paid to Subcontractor and will also serve as a record of fulfillment of Contractor’s Small Diverse Business and Small Business Commitments. If there was no activity during the quarter, then the form must be completed by stating “No activity in this quarter.” A late fee of $100.00 per day may be assessed against the Contractor if its Utilization Report is not submitted in accordance with the schedule above.

  • Response/Compliance with Audit or Inspection Findings A. Grantee must act to ensure its and its Subcontractors’ compliance with all corrections necessary to address any finding of noncompliance with any law, regulation, audit requirement, or generally accepted accounting principle, or any other deficiency identified in any audit, review, or inspection of the Contract and the services and Deliverables provided. Any such correction will be at Grantee’s or its Subcontractor's sole expense. Whether Xxxxxxx's action corrects the noncompliance shall be solely the decision of the System Agency.

  • County Review and Approval of Insurance Requirements The County reserves the right to review and adjust the Required Insurance provisions, conditioned upon County’s determination of changes in risk exposures.

  • Inspections, Records, and Cooperation The Owner agrees to provide any information pertinent to this Contract which the Program Administrator, PJ, or HUD may reasonably require. Further, upon reasonable notice to the Owner, Owner agrees to provide access to the Program Administrator, PJ, HUD, or their representatives to the Unit, the property on which the Unit is located, and the Owner’s records (wherever located) relevant to this Contract and compliance with Program requirements. The Owner further agrees to provide access to such records to the Comptroller General of the United States (commonly known as the Government Accountability Office or “GAO”). The Owner must grant access to relevant computerized or other electronic records and to any computers, equipment, or facilities containing such records, and must provide any information or assistance needed to access the records. Such rights to inspect and review will not expire until five (5) years after the date of expiration or termination of this Contract.
