Promptly provide notice that any Loan Party knows or has reason to know (A) that Dialysis Facilities have lost their qualification to participate in Government Reimbursement Programs as would have a Material Adverse Effect, (B) of an investigation described in Section 4.17(a) or (C) of any violation described in Section 4.17(b) that would have a Material Adverse Effect.
