Reimbursement of Personal Losses. The Employer will reimburse its employees for personal property losses sustained as a result of theft and/or vandalism while on assignment for the Employer up to a maximum of $100, provided that: ▪ The loss was in excess of $25 ▪ The employee filed a police reportThe claim is made in writing on the appropriate form to the Secretary- Treasurer supported by satisfactory evidence of loss (police report, receipts, etc.) ▪ The appropriate Supervisor report the loss was sustained while on assignment for the Employer.

  • REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS The Parties acknowledge that Xxxxxxxx and his counsel offered to reach preliminary agreement on the material terms of this dispute before reaching terms on the amount of fees and costs to be reimbursed to them.   • Reimbursement of Costs City may reimburse Consultant’s out-of-pocket costs incurred by Consultant in the performance of the Required Services if negotiated in advance and included in Exhibit A.
