Common use of Reinstatement of Vacation Balance Clause in Contracts

Reinstatement of Vacation Balance. An eligible employee who moves without a break in service to an AFSCME position from any other position in any branch of Minnesota State government shall have his/her accumulated but unused vacation leave transferred, provided that the total amount of accumulated vacation does not exceed two hundred and seventy-five (275) hours.
