Relocation at Time of Retirement. Where an employee, who has been relocated by the Employer or through a competition to an isolated location, gives not less than six months' notice prior to retirement to relocate elsewhere in the province, the Employer will pay the cost of moving the employee's household goods and effects in accordance with that part of the relevant regulations in effect at the time of the employee's retirement, providing that:
