Remote Managed Services Commencement and Term. Managed Services purchased by Customer under an Order commence on the Managed Services Commencement Date and continue for an initial term as set forth in the applicable Order (“Initial Managed Services Term”). The term "Managed Services Commencement Date" as used herein means the start date as determined by eGain after the corresponding order for such Managed Services has been placed by Business Partner on behalf Customer with eGain and accepted by eGain. Following the Initial Managed Services Term of an Order, the purchased Managed Services may be renewed for subsequent terms as mutually agreed in writing between Customer and Business Partner or between Customer and eGain, as applicable (each, a “Renewal Managed Services Term” and together with “Initial Managed Services Term”, may be collectively referred to as the “Managed Services Term”).
