Remote Work Software Reimbursement Allocation. In addition to the General 23 Reimbursement described above, the County will determine on an annual basis 24 whether Court Reporters will be required by the County to have software license(s) 25 necessary to enable remote work capability (e.g., CaseViewNet and Cloud Session Code software or equivalent). Should the County require Court Reporter(s) to have 26 this type of software, an additional reimbursement amount up to $400.00 per calendar 27 year per employee will be available subject to management preapproval. Requests for 1 this reimbursement must be submitted by December 1 each year, unless otherwise agreed by the Court. Unused funds do not carry over to the next calendar year. 3

  • Modified Work/Return to Work Programs The Hospital and the Union recognize the purpose of modified work/return to work programs, is to provide fair and consistent practices for accommodating nurses who have been ill, injured or permanently disabled, to enable their early and safe return to work. The parties undertake to provide safe and meaningful employment for both permanently or temporarily disabled nurses based on the following principles:

  • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.

  • Work Loads If an employee believes the amount of work he or she is required to perform is excessive over what is required from the rest of the staff and it will result in an occupational accident or occupational injury to him or her, the question shall be referred to Section 17 of this Agreement.

  • Remote Work Remote work is the practice of performing required job functions from home or another management-approved location. Any employee who believes that all or part of their position is suitable for remote work may request to work remotely by submitting a written request to their supervisor. The Employer will evaluate the employee's request, and will approve or deny the request in writing. Employees whose requests to work remotely are approved may be required to sign an agreement confirming expectations regarding their schedule, timekeeping, remote work environment, data/information security and other matters specific to their position.
