Removal from 10 Day Fortnight positions. Where a position is classified as a 10 day fortnight position in accordance with these arrangements, and subsequently it is determined by management that the position must revert to a nine day fortnight, due to operational or structural requirements, the incumbent employee will be given six (6) months notice before the change is effected.

  • Removal from Layoff Lists Employees shall be removed from all layoff lists for any of the following reasons:

  • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday‌ A team member who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday. The scheduling of the lieu day shall be in accordance with Appendix 4.

  • VACANCIES, TERM POSITIONS AND NEW POSITIONS 3001 Subject to section 3002 herein, the Employer agrees to post notices of vacant, term or new positions covered under this Agreement for at least seven (7) days to enable nurses presently in the employ of the Employer to apply for same.
