REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS. Exhibitor will not remove any portion of its exhibit, exhibit materials or sales materials prior to the close of Show hours on the Show’s final day. Exhibitor agrees to remove its exhibit and all exhibit materials from the Show Facility by the time and in the manner established by Show Management.

Immediately after the Exhibition closes, Exhibitors will be permitted to remove portable exhibits and personal effects from their stands under the supervision of authorised members of their staff. Portable exhibits should be removed that evening to ensure their safety. Exhibitors, their agents or contractors, are responsible for the complete removal from the Venue and outside areas of all goods and materials used by them, together with all rubbish. Should any Exhibitor, agent or contractor fail to remove any exhibit, stand, wires, ropes, or any rubbish within the time stipulated, then the Exhibitor shall indemnify the Organisers in respect of any claim thereby occasioned for failure to give possession of any part of the Venue on the due date, and the Organisers shall be entitled but not obliged to remove such materials as they consider necessary. The Exhibitor shall be liable for all loss and costs thereby occasioned. The Organisers reserve the right to specify the time at which individual stands and exhibits shall be removed. Notwithstanding instructions issued specifically for the closing night of the Exhibition, the security of exhibits, stands, furniture, etc during the remaining days of the demolition period is wholly the responsibility of the Exhibitor, his agent or contractor and the Organisers will not be responsible for any loss or damage that occurs.
REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS. If any exhibits remain on the Exhibitors booth space during the move-out period as specified in the Exhibitor Manual, the Organiser has the right to remove these exhibits if they are unclaimed or unmarked. The Organiser will in every effort contact the Exhibitor to remove or collect the items, however if it is unclaimed or no response from Exhibitor, the Organiser have the right to remove and dispose of these exhibits and reclaim any and all expenses incurred in the removal and disposal.
REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS. Nothing will be allowed to leave the exhibit hall before 4:00pm Sunday. REMOVAL HOURS: 4:00pm Sunday until midnight and Monday until 12:00 pm. Any exhibitorsnot completely dismantled and removed by the above hours will be removed and all fees will be charged to the exhibitor at prevailing rates.
REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS. Exhibitors will complete arrangements for prompt pick up of all outbound shipments and remove the exhibit at the time specified by CDF for removal of exhibits. REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS. No exhibits are to be removed before 6:00 pm, Sunday, July 23, 2023, except with written permission. However, it is required that the exhibit be immediately dismantled and removed at the close of CNPDAS on Sunday, July 23, 2023.
REMOVAL OF EXHIBITS. The Exhibitor agrees no display will be dismantled or goods removed during the entire run of the show, but will remain intact until the end of the final closing hour of the last show day. The Exhibitor also agrees to remove its display and the equipment from the show site by the final move-out time limit, or in the event of failure to do so, the Exhibitor agrees to pay for such additional cost as may be incurred.
