Renewal of Employment Contract. Provided the established goals and objectives have been accomplished by Xxxxxxxx and provided the evaluation and assessment of the performance of Xxxxxxxx and recommendation of the Governing Body is satisfactory, the Board of Trustees of the School Corporation shall extend Xxxxxxxx'x employment contract a minimum of one (1) additional year, not later than the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the School Corporation in June of each year. If the Governing Body of IMPACT does not desire to recommend extending the contract of Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx shall be notified, in writing, not later than June 30 of that year. The failure of the Governing Body to notify Xxxxxxxx, in writing, shall be deemed to extend the employment contract for one (1) additional year. The School Corporation shall give Xxxxxxxx written notice delivered in person or by certified mail on or before January 1 of the year that his contract shall terminate.
Renewal of Employment Contract. Any renewal of this Contract shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Maryland statutory law.
Renewal of Employment Contract. If the claim incident is covered by any of the employment causes referred to, in addition to the INSURED, cover under this guarantee shall likewise extend to the spouse or de facto partner, or the person permanently living in this capacity with the INSURED and children under legal age thereof if they are likewise insured for the same travel, provided that they live at the same home address as the INSURED.
Renewal of Employment Contract. If the District does not notify the Superintendent in writing prior to April 15, 2013, that this Employment Contract will not be renewed, it shall be deemed that the District has renewed this Employment Contract for one year beyond the termination date set forth in Paragraph 1 above, upon a salary and other conditions as may be agreed to by the parties.

Renewal of Employment Contract. If this contract has a fixed term, one of the following items applies in view of different circumstances:
(i) Within 30 days prior to the expiry of contract term, if both parties have no objection to main provisions of this contract, they will renew the employment contract by signing an addendum to this contract.
(ii) The renewal of employment contract shall be completed not later than 30 days after the expiry of contract term, in which Party B shall cooperate in these efforts.
(iii) If either party objects to any of the main provisions of this contract in writing 30 days before the expiry of the then contract term, and both parties fail to reach a new agreement to resolve such disputed matters and enter into an addendum to reflect such new agreement prior to the expiry of the then contract term, this contract will expire at the expiry date specified in Article 1 Section (i).
(iv) Where a flexible-term employment contract shall be renewed according to legal provisions, this contract will be automatically renewed into a flexible-term employment contract.
Renewal of Employment Contract. If the DISTRICT does not notify the SUPERINTENDENT in writing on or before March 15 of each year that this Employment Contract will not be renewed, it shall be deemed that the DISTRICT has renewed this Employment Contract for one year extending from the termination date set forth in Article 1 above.
Renewal of Employment Contract. This Contract shall be renewed or nonrenewed in accordance with the timelines and notice procedures set forth in Ind. Code 20-28- 8-7 and the Non-Reemployment of the Superintendent section of the Policies and Bylaws of the Corporation, both of which may be amended, revised, or repealed from time to time.
Renewal of Employment Contract. If Association does not notify Manager in writing before that this employment contract will not be renewed, it shall be deemed that Association has renewed this employment contract for one (1) year extending from the termination date set forth in paragraph 1.
