Renewal Term Fees. The Fees charged during any Renewal Term will be based on PayCargo LLC ’s then-current standard rates at the time of renewal, which will be provided to Customer.
Renewal Term Fees. For each renewal term, the Annual Support and Maintenance fees for the Ultrastructure and/ or DICOM Cache Manager Software License Fees shall be * * *. The fees for the annual Support and Maintenance for both the Ultrastructure and/ or DICOM Cache Manager Software as well as the Ultravisual Software shall continue at the rates set forth in this Exhibit C plus an adjustment to reflect the CPI for the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the effective date of the Renewal Term or * * *, whichever is lesser. All other appropriate service fees as set forth herein shall be billed to Customer at the then-current rates in accordance with the terms of Exhibit C.
Renewal Term Fees. For any Xxxxxxx Xxxx, the Director of Community Services 4 or designee (“Director”) and CONTRACTOR shall negotiate and agree upon any adjustment to 5 the Fees ninety (90) days prior to the commencement of the Renewal Term.
Renewal Term Fees. Annual fees and other charges for each Renewal Term will be published on the InCommon website. For each Renewal Term, payment of the first invoice for such Renewal Term shall be deemed to confirm Subscriber’s acceptance of the renewal of this Addendum for such Renewal Term at the then-current annual fees and other charges.
Renewal Term Fees. (a) As consideration for the License and the Services during each Renewal Term, Licensee will pay to Licensor a fee equal $100 multiplied by the School’s FTE enrollment as determined by its annual October 1 count.
(b) Commencing on July 31 of each Renewal Term and on the last day of each month thereafter, Licensee shall pay to Licensor one-twelfth of the fee for the then-applicable Renewal Term. The payments for July through November shall be based on the School’s enrollment projections submitted to the District in accordance with the School’s annual budgeting process. Funding for December and subsequent months of each fiscal year shall be adjusted in accordance with paragraph 4.2(c).
(c) The monthly payment of the fee for each Renewal Term shall be adjusted as follows: In December of each year, funding for the School is revised based on the number of FTE pupils actually enrolled at the School as determined at the October 1 count and included in the official membership count. Beginning with the December payment each fiscal year, the monthly payment of the fee shall be adjusted so that the total payment by the end of the fiscal year shall be equal to the amount set forth in paragraph 4.2(a) above.
(d) The Parties agree to negotiate in good faith with respect to any modifications to the fee for each Renewal Term. If there is no mutual agreement with regard to an adjustment of the fee, the fee shall remain the same as the last Renewal Term.
Renewal Term Fees. Representatives of _____ and Supplier will meet on or before the thirtieth (30th) month anniversary of the Effective Date to review and commence negotiations regarding the Product Fees for the first Renewal Term (as defined in Section 2.1 below); provided, that the Fees for the completed Products (i.e., Products that are manufactured, assembled, packaged, labeled, and packed for shipment) for the first Renewal Term shall not exceed the Fees in effect at the end of the Initial Term. _____ and Supplier will agree upon the Fees for the first Renewal Term no later than three (3) months prior to the expiration of the Initial Term.

Representatives of Zicam and Supplier will meet on or before the thirtieth (30th) month anniversary of the Effective Date to review and commence negotiations regarding the Product Fees for the first Renewal Term (as defined in Section 2.1 below); provided, that the Fees for the completed Products (i.e., Products that are manufactured, assembled, packaged, labeled, and packed for shipment) for the first Renewal Term shall not exceed the Fees in effect at the end of the Initial Tenn. Zicam and Supplier will agree upon the Fees for the first Renewal Term no later than three (3) months prior to the expiration of the Initial Term.

Renewal Term Fees. For each renewal term, the Annual Support and Maintenance fees for the Ultrastructure and/ or DICOM Cache Manager Software License Fees shall be calculated based upon the average annual projected volume for such Renewal Term as defined in Section 12.1. The fees for the annual Support and Maintenance for both the Ultrastructure and/ or DICOM Cache Manager Software as well as the Ultravisual Software shall continue at the rates set forth in this Exhibit C plus an adjustment to reflect the CPI for the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the effective date of the Renewal Term or five percent (5%), whichever is lesser. All other appropriate service fees as set forth herein shall be billed to Customer at the then-current rates in accordance with the terms of Exhibit C.
