Support and Maintenance Fees. The delivery of Support and Maintenance Services is subject to Your having fully paid up the Support and Maintenance Fees in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the invoice provided by ISB. Support and Maintenance Fees. For Support Services provided by Licensor pursuant to Section 5.2 above (after the first year), USR shall pay an annual maintenance fee which does not exceed [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED] per year in the first year following the initial maintenance period. No provision of the Support and Maintenance Policy may conflict with this SLMA. All Support and Maintenance Fees shall be earned when paid and shall be non-refundable. Support and Maintenance Fees. Increases in Vendor’s annual support and maintenance fees shall not exceed three percent (3%) over the support and maintenance fees for the previous year.
