Rental Charge. 21.5.1 The Rental Charge shall mean the total of the following amounts, and the Seller shall specify each amount as well as the basis for calculation in the price list: basic rental charge; drop-off charge; enrolment fees for optional Damage Waiver; optional fees; delivery/collection charge; and other charges.
21.5.2 If the rental charge is changed after the reservation has been made, the applicable rental charge shall be the lower of the rental charge as of the time of reservation and the rental charge as of the time of rental.
Rental Charge. Lessee agrees to pay Lessor a rental fee of $ and such other charges as may be applicable per rental in accordance with the Fee Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.
Rental Charge. The charge for the Rental Period shall be $ (which includes $ for the “Rental Charge” (which includes a $50.00 for cleaning contractor - see condition #9) payable to the Xxxxxx Volunteer Fire Corporation via cash, check or money order thirty days in advance of the Rental Period, or if less than thirty days, upon the execution of this agreement.
Rental Charge. The charge for the Rental Period shall be £ per hour. In addition to the rental charge, the Renting Party shall pay an additional charge of £ as a Security Deposit upon the signing of this agreement to rent the Hall and cover any damage or loss that may occur to the Hall and its immediate surroundings. Both these charges will be payable at least two weeks prior to the Rental Period. Only after the Management has determined that the Hall, its contents, the building and grounds are free of damage arising from or related to the Renting Party’s rental of the Hall will this, or a part of this, be refunded. Upon demand from the PCC the Renting Party shall immediately pay the PCC the cost to repair any damage in excess of the Security Deposit. Renting Parties are required to give at least 1 months’ notice of any periods that you do not wish to use the hall (i.e. Half Term / Summer Holiday) so that the hall can be used by other potential hirers and that the heating can be timed not to come on.
Rental Charge. (1) Real property and associated fixtures.
(i) The Contractor shall obtain, at its expense, a property appraisal from an independent licensed, accredited, or certified appraiser that computes a monthly, daily, or hourly rental rate for comparable commercial property. The appraisal may be used to compute rentals under this clause throughout its effective period or, if an effective period is not stated in the appraisal, for one year following the date the appraisal was performed. The Contractor shall submit the appraisal to the ACO at least 30 days prior to the date the property is needed for nongovernmental use. Except as provided in paragraph (e)(1)(iii) of this clause, the ACO shall use the appraisal rental rate to determine a reasonable rental charge.
(ii) Rental charges shall be determined by multiplying the rental time by the appraisal rental rate expressed as a rate per hour. Monthly or daily appraisal rental rates shall be divided by 720 or 24, respectively, to determine an hourly rental rate.
(iii) When the ACO believes the appraisal rental rate is unreasonable, the ACO shall promptly notify the Contractor. The parties may agree on an alternative means for computing a reasonable rental charge.
(iv) The Contractor shall obtain, at its expense, additional property appraisals in the same manner as provided in paragraph (e)(1)(i) if the effective period has expired and the Contractor desires the continued use of property for nongovernmental use. The Contractor may obtain additional appraisals within the effective period of the current appraisal if the market prices decrease substantially.

3. When renting the rental fee after making a reservation under Article 2, we shall comply with the fee applied at the time of booking and the fee at the time of lending and will be based on the lower rental fee.When there was a reversion of the rental fee after the reservation was made, the fee will be calculated in both versions, and the cheaper fee will be applied for that payment.
4. Regarding the rental fee, it shall be prescribed in the by-law.
