Rental Period and Guests. (a) The maximum number of Guests is limited to four (4) people in the one bedroom cottages and six (6) people in the two bedroom cottage. All invitees of Guests on the Property shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement as to their occupancy of a cottage or common areas of the Property. Owner will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

Rental Period and Guests. The total number of guests renting and occupying the Property shall consist of adults and children, and shall not exceed a total of 6_ guests. The Rental Period shall commence at 11am on _3/29_ and end at 4 a.m./p.m. on _3/31 (the “Rental Period”). Upon expiration of the Rental Period, Renter and all guests shall vacate the Property in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Rental Period (a) Renter has the right to use the rental vehicle (“Vehicle”) until the return date indicated on the Rental Agreement Summary ("Rental Period").

  • CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS The Contract(s) shall be in effect for three (3) years, unless terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one years.   • CONTRACT RENEWAL PERIOD FURNITURE ADDITIONS/DELETIONS: Contractors wishing to make furniture additions/changes to their contract during the contract period should be aware of the following additions/changes will be allowed only once during a contract period. No changes to discount percentages are allowed during this contract period. Additions/changes must be submitted during the contract renewal period. When requesting additions and/or changes; contractor shall submit a request either by letter or via email which shall include a list of all items being proposed for addition and/or change. Contractor shall submit all required documents supporting any new items. Product literature for all new items shall also be submitted with the request. Contractor is responsible for submitting a complete name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers when a new dealer is added.

  • Waiting Period and Benefits (A) Employees Disabled Prior to April 1, 1998 * (* See Explanatory Note in Preamble to this Addendum.) In the event an employee, while enrolled in this Plan, becomes totally disabled prior to April 1, 1998 as a result of an accident or a sickness, then, after the employee has been totally disabled for six (6) months the employee shall receive a benefit equal to two-thirds (2/3) of monthly earnings.

  • Rest Period After Overtime (a) When overtime work is necessary, it will, wherever reasonably practicable, be so arranged that employees have at least 10 consecutive hours off duty between the work of successive days or shifts, including overtime.

  • Lease Period The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement I is 36 months, which commenced on October 28, 2022. The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement II is 36 months, which shall commence on July 31, 2023.

  • Benefit Waiting Period Allowance (a) An employee who qualifies for and takes leave pursuant to 21.1 or 21.2 and is required by Employment Insurance to serve a one-week waiting period for Employment Insurance Maternity/Parental benefits, shall be paid a leave allowance equivalent to one week at 85% of the employee's basic pay.

  • Minimum Vendor Legal Requirements Vendor shall remain aware of and comply with this Agreement and all local, state, and federal laws governing the sale of products/services offered by Vendor under this contract. Such applicable laws, ordinances, and policies must be complied with even if not specified herein.

  • Medicaid-Funded Hours Worked Effective July 1, 2021, the Employer shall contribute the Retirement Rate or eighty cents ($0.80), whichever is higher, to the Retirement Trust for each Medicaid-Funded Hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with seven-hundred and one (701) or more cumulative career hours and fifty cents ($0.50) for each hour worked by all home care workers covered by this Agreement with less than seven-hundred one (701) cumulative career hours. Medicaid- Funded Hour(s) worked shall be defined as all hours worked by all employees covered by this Agreement in the Employer's in-home care program that are paid by Medicaid, excluding vacation hours, paid-time off hours, and training hours.
