Rental Restrictions. The use of the Equipment for underwater or aerial mounted photography is strictly prohibited unless prior arrangements are made in writing with IIPCI, and attached to form part of this agreement. If Equipment is lost or damaged as a result of such use, the Lessee shall pay IIPCI the full cost of repairor replacement of such Equipment at the time of loss with equivalent, new equipment, or its successor technology without deduction for depreciation. The Lessee shall also continue to pay Rent to IIPCI until the Equipment is returned or repaired.

Rental Restrictions. Use: The vehicle belongs to us and you may not sub-rent, transfer or sell it. You may not use the vehicle: Authorised drivers: Unless someone is named on the Rental Agreement, or added later with our express permission, they are not authorised by us to drive the vehicle. Authorised drivers may not drive if they are over-tired or under the influence of any substance that may impair their consciousness or ability to react, such as alcohol, drugs or certain medication. Driving abroad and cross-border travel: You may only drive the vehicle in the country of rental. If you want to drive the vehicle in any other country you must gain our prior permission and the Cross Border Fee will apply. Multiple rentals: You may not rent more than two vehicles at any time with us unless you have set up a corporate account with us and have our prior permission to do so. MILEAGE
Rental Restrictions. During the Affordability Period the rents for the units in the Project shall comply with the Regulations, including, without limitation, 24 CFR Part 92.252. On an annual basis the City shall review and approve rents proposed by Homestead for utilities and services to be paid by the tenant. Homestead shall recalculate the maximum monthly rents annually and may change such maximum rents as changes in the applicable gross rent amount, the income adjustments, or the monthly allowance for utilities and services warrant, within the limits allowed by the Regulations. Any increases are subject to provisions of outstanding leases, and in any event, Homestead must provide tenants of the unit not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice before implementing any increase in rent.
