The health insurance benefits provided under this article shall remain in effect per the guidelines in the Memorandum of Understanding between the District and the Participating Unions of the Joint Labor Management Benefits Council (JLMBC) as referenced in Appendix H. The District and ACE will open negotiations regarding health insurance benefits based on the recommendations of the JLMBC.
