Replacement Launch Services. If any Launch Service herein should result in a mission failure, I-COGC may request Hughxx xx provide a replacement Launch proposal. Such request shall include I-COGC's preferred Launch Service Provider(s), the date on which the Satellite is anticipated to be ready for launch and any mission specific data which will influence the provision of Launch Services for that Satellite. Within thirty (30) Days of receipt of such a request, Hughxx xxxll submit a proposal to I-COGC for the acquisition of a replacement Launch Service. Any Hughxx proposal shall be based upon and subject to the terms of the applicable Launch Service Agreement(s). Hughxx xxxees to provide to I-COGC any priority scheduling right or benefit allowed for in the applicable Launch Service Agreement(s) for the mission failure.

Replacement Launch Services. If a Launch Services other than a Reflight or Replacement Launch Services results in a Launch Failure, Customer may request replacement Launch Services (“Replacement Launch Services”) in accordance with this Section 12 by giving written notice to Contractor of such request within the later to occur of: (i) (***) Days of the Launch in which Launch Failure has occurred; or (ii) (***) Days following the date on which the results of the final investigation of the Failure Review Board are provided to the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration., as set forth in Section 21 (Failure Review INFORMATION IN THIS AGREEMENT.   • Service Level Agreement Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Bank agrees to perform the custody services provided for under this Agreement in a manner that meets or exceeds any service levels as may be agreed upon by the parties from time to time in a written document that is executed by both parties on or after the date of this Agreement, unless that written document specifically states that it is not contractually binding. For the avoidance of doubt, Bank’s Service Directory shall not be deemed to be such a written document.

  • Manufacturing Services Jabil will manufacture the Product in accordance with the Specifications and any applicable Build Schedules. Jabil will reply to each proposed Build Schedule that is submitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement by notifying Company of its acceptance or rejection within three (3) business days of receipt of any proposed Build Schedule.
