Replacement Launch definition

Replacement Launch means a Launch subject to Article 13 hereof, subsequent to a previous Launch that, for any reason whatsoever, has not accomplished the Launch Mission or the Satellite Mission. Satellite (referred to as Spacecraft in Annex 1 to this Agreement) means a spacecraft supplied by CUSTOMER that is compatible with the Launch Vehicle and the Launch Mission, and that meets the specifications set forth in Part 1 of Annex 1 to this Agreement.
Replacement Launch the optional replacement Launch in the Launch Contract;
Replacement Launch has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Launch Services Agreement.

Examples of Replacement Launch in a sentence

  • The written request for a Replacement Launch shall indicate the Launch Period requested by CUSTOMER within one of the periods specified in Sub-paragraph 13.1.2 above.

More Definitions of Replacement Launch

Replacement Launch means a Launch subject to ARTICLE 13 hereof, subsequent to a previous Launch that, for any reason whatsoever, has not accomplished the Launch Vehicle Mission or the Satellite Mission. Satellite (referred to as Spacecraft in Annex 1 to this Agreement) means the spacecraft supplied by CUSTOMER (following conversion of the Optional Launch as a Firm Launch or as a Backup Launch), that is compatible with the Launch Vehicle and the Launch Vehicle Mission, and that meets the specifications set forth in Part 1 of Annex 1 to this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the CUSTOMER’s Satellite shall be considered as a main satellite and shall not be considered to be an Auxiliary Payload(s), for the purposes of this Agreement.
Replacement Launch means the additional Launch Service which may be provided to the Customer in accordance with Article 20 entitled "Replacement Launch." SATELLITE means the Customer-provided EchoStar III satellite and associated property to be launched on the Launch Vehicle. SATELLITE MISSION FAILURE means that it can be determined from flight data or other evidence, that (i) the Satellite's operational capacity (functional lifetime) or nominal lifetime have been reduced by fifty percent (50%) or more based on Customer's intended purposes for the Satellite using its reasonable judgment; or (ii) the Satellite's attitude or orbital conditions after Satellite Separation require correction to place the Satellite into nominal operating condition and this correction results in a reduction of fifty percent (50%) or more of the Satellite's nominal lifetime.
Replacement Launch shall have the meaning set forth in Article 13.1.
Replacement Launch means a Launch subject to Article 13 hereof, subsequent to a previous Launch that, for any reason whatsoever, has not accomplished the Launch Vehicle Mission or the Satellite Mission.
Replacement Launch means a Launch which, subject to the best efforts of ARIANESPACE, follows a previous Launch when, for any reason whatsoever, the Launch Vehicle Mission or the Satellite Mission of the previous launch has not been accomplished. Satellite (Spacecraft in Annexes 1, 2, and 3) means a space vehicle supplied by Customer that is compatible with the Launch Vehicle and the Launch Vehicle Mission, and meets the specifications set forth in Annex 1 to this Agreement.

Related to Replacement Launch

  • Replacement Facility means 1 of the following:

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.

  • Replacement Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.08(b).

  • Term SOFR Replacement Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.03(b).

  • Replacement Candidate means any Candidate Introduced by the Agency to the Client to fill the Engagement following the Introduction of another Candidate whose Engagement either did not commence or was terminated during the first 12 weeks of the Engagement;

  • Product Conditions means these product terms and conditions. These Product Conditions apply to each series of cash settled Warrants over single equities;

  • Replacement Aircraft means the Aircraft of which a Replacement Airframe is part.

  • Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes means, with respect to any Benchmark Replacement, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the definition of “Base Rate,” the definition of “Business Day,” the definition of “Interest Period,” timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest, timing of borrowing requests or prepayment, conversion or continuation notices, the applicability and length of lookback periods, the applicability of breakage provisions, and other technical, administrative or operational matters) that the Administrative Agent decides may be appropriate to reflect the adoption and implementation of such Benchmark Replacement and to permit the administration thereof by the Administrative Agent in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Administrative Agent decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Administrative Agent determines that no market practice for the administration of such Benchmark Replacement exists, in such other manner of administration as the Administrative Agent decides is reasonably necessary in connection with the administration of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents).

  • Beyond use date means the date determined by a pharmacist and placed on a

  • SOFR Benchmark Replacement Date means the Benchmark Replacement Date with respect to the then-current Benchmark;

  • Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.

  • Replacement Benchmark means a benchmark rate which is:
