Common use of Report Inability to Work Clause in Contracts

Report Inability to Work. ‌ The Employee shall inform the Employer within one-half an hour after commencement of shift of the Employee's inability to report to work because of illness or injury, unless the Employee can provide satisfactory evidence of their inability to report within that time, otherwise the Employee will be considered to be on leave without pay and subject to disciplinary action.
