Report to the VCP. On receipt of the report from the Cost Centre Manager or relevant supervisor and any written response provided by the staff member, and the report of the Review Committee where it is sought, the VCP may decide to take no further action or refer the matter back to the Cost Centre Manager to ensure that full and due process will be complied with in substance and in a manner appropriate to the circumstances or take disciplinary action, which may include: • suspension with or without pay or • termination of employment. The VCP will advise the staff member in writing of any decision. Such a decision will take effect no earlier than ten working days from the date of the VCPs written advice and the VCP’s decision will be final.

  • Pursuant to the Exchange Act The Company has filed with the Commission a Form 8-A (File Number 000- ) providing for the registration under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (“Exchange Act”), of the Units, the Common Stock and the Warrants. The registration of the Units, Common Stock and Warrants under the Exchange Act has been declared effective by the Commission on the date hereof.

  • Notification to the Union The Employer will notify the JHSC and union in writing of all incidents related to violence within 4 days. For critical injuries the Employer will notify the JHSC and the union immediately and in writing within 48 hours. Such notices will contain all of the information as prescribed in section 5 of the health care regulation.

  • Quarterly As of the last day of each Fiscal Quarter.

  • Subject to the Plan The Option evidenced by this Agreement and the exercise thereof are subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan, which is incorporated by reference and made a part hereof, but the terms of the Plan shall not be considered an enlargement of any rights or benefits under this Agreement. In addition, the Option is subject to any rules and regulations promulgated by the Committee.

  • Quarterly Report 5.1 Upon request, the contractor shall provide to the Purchasing Agent a quarterly report, showing all purchases made under the terms and conditions of the contract. 5.2 Such quarterly report shall itemize the following information: 1. Each ordering department. 2. Items and quantities purchased by department. 3. Total dollar amount of purchases by department.

  • DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE BID 13.1 The bid to be prepared by the bidder shall comprise: (a) Duly filled-in the Form of Bid and Appendix to form of bid; (b) Bid security; (c) Priced Bills of Quantities; (d) Schedules of information (e) Qualification criteria (f) Any other materials required to be completed and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders embodied in these bidding documents. 13.2 These Forms, Bills of Quantities and Schedules provided in these bidding documents shall be used without exception (subject to extensions of the Schedules in the same format).

  • Current Report on Form 8-K The Company shall, on the date hereof, retain its independent registered public accounting firm to audit the balance sheet of the Company as of the Closing Date (the “Audited Balance Sheet”) reflecting the receipt by the Company of the proceeds of the Offering on the Closing Date. As soon as the Audited Balance Sheet becomes available, the Company shall promptly, but not later than four business days after the Closing Date, file a Current Report on Form 8-K with the Commission, which Current Report shall contain the Company’s Audited Balance Sheet. Additionally, upon the Company’s receipt of the proceeds from the exercise of all or any portion of the option provided for in Section 2(b) hereof, the Company shall promptly, but not later than four business days after the receipt of such proceeds, file a Current Report on Form 8-K with the Commission, which report shall disclose the Company’s sale of the Option Units and its receipt of the proceeds therefrom, unless the receipt of such proceeds are reflected in the Current Report on Form 8-K referenced in the immediately prior sentence.

  • Shareholder Reports All expenses of preparing, setting in type, printing and distributing reports and other communications to shareholders.
