REPORTING FOR WORK. (1) An employee who reports for work at the start of his/her regular shift or at the time appointed by the Company without previously having been notified not to report, shall be given at least four (4) hours work, or if no work is available, four (4) hours pay at base hourly rate, except that if work is unavailable as the result of causes beyond the control of the Company, it shall not be so obligated. (2) Failure on the part of an employee to keep the Company informed of a current telephone number shall relieve the Company of its responsibility under this section of the Contract.

The Company agrees that employees reporting for work, unless notified at least five (15) An employee who reports for work at hours in advance of the start of his/her regular their shift or at the time appointed by the Company without previously having been notified not to report, shall be given at least provided with four (4) hours workwork at their current rate of wages, or if no work is available, shall be paid four (4) hours pay at base hourly ratepay. The foregoing will not apply in the event that breakdowns, except that if work is unavailable as the result of causes beyond the control of the Companyfire, it shall not be so obligated.
(2) Failure on the part of an employee to keep accidents, or other conditions over which the Company informed of a current telephone number shall relieve the Company of its responsibility under this section of the Contracthas no control, interfere with work being produced.
