REPORTING FOR WORK. (1) An employee who reports for work at the start of his/her regular shift or at the time appointed by the Company without previously having been notified not to report, shall be given at least four (4) hours work, or if no work is available, four (4) hours pay at base hourly rate, except that if work is unavailable as the result of causes beyond the control of the Company, it shall not be so obligated.
