Reports of Incidents. As a matter of security, please report any incidents, thefts, suspicious persons loitering in the parking garage to security, Securitas, as soon as possible. Property damage and personal injury should be reported to security at 351-9562. Any other parking problems and questions should be reported to ProPark at 971-7755. I have read, understand and will follow the above parking regulations. Failure to abide by the above statements will result in forfeiture of my parking privileges.

The Contractor shall provide and maintain the minimum insurance coverage set forth below during the term of its agreement with the City, including any delay periods. If the Project is not finalized and the insurance expires, Contractor is obligated to extend the insurance coverage. Any Subcontractor(s) hired by the Contractor shall maintain insurance coverage equal to that required of the Contractor. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to assure compliance with this provision. The City of Bastrop accepts no responsibility arising from the conduct, or lack of conduct, of the Subcontractor.

  • Reports of Accidents Within 24 hours after Engineer becomes aware of the occurrence of any accident or other event which results in, or might result in, injury to the person or property of any third person (other than an employee of the Engineer), whether or not it results from or involves any action or failure to act by the Engineer or any employee or agent of the Engineer and which arises in any manner from the performance of this Contract, the Engineer shall send a written report of such accident or other event to the County, setting forth a full and concise statement of the facts pertaining thereto. The Engineer shall also immediately send the County a copy of any summons, subpoena, notice, or other documents served upon the Engineer, its agents, employees, or representatives, or received by it or them, in connection with any matter before any court arising in any manner from the Engineer’s performance of work under this Contract.

  • Notification of Incidents If Contractor becomes aware of or has reasonable suspicion of a privacy incident or security incident regarding any State data, Contractor must report such incident to the State and the State Chief Information Security Officer as soon as possible, but no later than twenty-four (24) hours after such incident. The decision to notify the affected data subjects and the form of such notice following report of a privacy incident or security incident are the responsibility of the State. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Contract, Contractor will indemnify, hold harmless and defend the State and its officers, and employees for and against any claims, damages, costs and expenses related to any privacy incident or security incident involving any State data.
