Reports and Documentation. PDF Solutions agrees to provide at minimum ***** updates to Customer's Project Leader. PDF Solutions will provide a formal presentation at the conclusion ***************. REQUIREMENTS FROM CUSTOMER To assist in the success completion of the project, Customer's cooperation to support the following as reasonably required by PDF Solutions: - Business Resources: Secure and private office space (with 24 hour access) and other customary and reasonable business resources as required. Reasonable and customary communication and business resources including, but is not limited to, international access telephones, multiple analog lines, international access fax machines and access to a photocopier. - Computing Resources: Customary and reasonable computing resources as required. - CVs: Customer agrees to run PDF Solution's characterization vehicles. - Engineering Resources: Customer's engineering resources as required. * Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission. Reports and Documentation. As specified in the applicable Task Order (or as otherwise agreed by Galileo and ObjectSpace in writing), ObjectSpace shall provide to Galileo written reports of the Services (the "Reports").
Reports and Documentation. Technical data and written information on the research findings, including, but not limited to, research reports and all technical data and information on designs, calculations, drawings, manufacturing processes, experiments, measurement and tests associated with dispersing particles into stable liquid dispersions will be provided to Eminess. This includes experimental designs including screening, linear, or factorial along with associated analyses and findings. Clear identification of the chemical components (molecular formula, IUPAC name, trade name, or CAS number) and their sources is required for successful communication of research findings.
Reports and Documentation. During the term of this Agreement, USEC shall periodically provide Customer with reports which summarize deliveries hereunder and the amounts credited to the DU Account, and transactions regarding such accounts made on Customer’s behalf pursuant to this Agreement.

Reports and Documentation. Quarterly Progress Reports: TUKWILA agrees to assist PSRC with Program Performance Reports on a quarterly basis. TUKWILA will supply report content, e.g. summaries of work completed, to PSRC no later than 10 days following the end of the period (e.g., reports due on or before January 10th, April 10th, August 10th, and December 10th). i. Provide a clear, concise overview of the activities undertaken during the Project Period; ii. Document accomplishments, benefits, and impacts that the Project and Activities are having. Recipients should note specific outcomes where activities have led to job creation/retention, private investment, increased regional collaboration, engagement with historically excluded groups or regions, enhanced regional capacity, and other positive economic benefits; iii. Highlight any upcoming or potential press events or opportunities for collaborative press events to highlight benefits of the USDOT investment; iv. Compare progress with the project timeline, explaining any departures from the targeted schedule, identifying how these departures are going to be remedied, and projecting the course of work for the next period; v. Outline challenges that currently impact or could impact progress on the grant over the next reporting period and identify ways to mitigate this risk; and vi. Outline any areas where USDOT assistance is needed to support the project or any other key information that would be helpful for your USDOT Project Officer to know. Final Project Reports may be posted on USDOT’s website, used for promotional materials or policy reviews, or may be otherwise shared. Recipients should not include any copyrighted or other sensitive business information in these reports. There is no specific page limit for Final Project Reports; however, such reports should concisely communicate key project information, and should: i. Outline the specific regional need that the project was designed to address and update on progress made during the reporting period that will mitigate need and advance economic development; ii. Provide a high-level overview of the activities undertaken; iii. Detail lessons learned during the project period that may be of assistance to USDOT or other communities undertaking similar efforts; iv. Outline the expected and actual economic benefits of the project as the time that the report is written; and v. Any other key information from the relevant project period
Reports and Documentation. Service Provider shall make available to Customer periodic reports such as the customer inventory of services, contract status and trouble ticket history.
Reports and Documentation. Synterys, through its Project Manager, shall communicate regularly with VistaGen, through its Project Manager, no less frequently than bi-weekly, regarding work being conducted and efforts to complete each Project, as further described in Section 1.4 above. In addition, as set forth in Section 1.4 above, Synterys, through its Project Manager, shall issue to VistaGen, through its Project Manager, a monthly written report summarizing progress on individual Projects during the term of this Agreement. Along with each of the Compounds delivered to VistaGen hereunder, Synterys shall present to VistaGen a batch identification, a copy of the corresponding HPLC trace and mass spectra (and/or other analytical procedure data agreed to by the parties in the Project Plan). The Parties shall confer prior to any such delivery of the Compounds to VistaGen regarding the container and shipping details, the analytical results and other related data. Title to each of the Compounds delivered hereunder shall pass to VistaGen free and clear of any security interest, lien, or other encumbrance. Title and risk of loss to each of the Compounds shall remain with Synterys until the Compound has been delivered to the destination specified by VistaGen in writing. Within 14 days after completion of each Project, Synterys shall deliver to VistaGen a final written report that fully and completely documents all work conducted and all results, analytical procedures, synthesis completion dates, lot numbers and other relevant information obtained by or known to Synterys in connection with such Project.
