Reproduction Prohibited Clause Samples

Reproduction Prohibited. No copies shall be made or retained of any written information supplied to Buyer by Seller. At the conclusion of any discussion, negotiation or upon demand by Seller, all information including written notes, photographs, or notes taken by Buyer shall be returned to Seller or Seller’s Agent. Any information shall not be disclosed to any employee or consultant unless they agree to execute and be bound by this agreement.

Reproduction Prohibited. The receiving party shall refrain from using any such Confidential Information for purposes other than permitted hereunder as long as it remains Confidential Information.

Any information such as notes, photographs, financial statements, or other details released to the Potential Tenant must be returned to the Landlord or Agent at the end of any discussion or negotiation. Reproduction Prohibited. No performance or program, or any part thereof is to be reproduced by Northwestern, including but not limited reproduction by broadcasting, videotaping, or tape recording without the written permission of the Supplier. Supplier is similarly prohibited from reproducing a performance or program held on Northwestern campus without the written permission of University Relations at Northwestern.

Reproduction Prohibited. The Service Provider will not appropriate, copy, memorise or in any manner reproduce any of the Confidential Information unless directed by the Franchisee.

At the conclusion of any discussion, negotiation or upon demand by the Bilt, all information including notes, photographs, financial statements, or any other details released to Accepting Party shall be destroyed or returned to the Bilt. Property Information shall not be disclosed to any employee or consultant unless they agree to execute and be bound by this agreement.

At the conclusion of any discussion, negotiation or upon demand by Seller/Landlord, all information including written notes, photographs, or notes taken by Buyer/Tenant/Co-Brokerage agent shall be returned to Seller/Landlord or Seller’s Agent. Any information shall not be disclosed to any employee or consultant unless they agree to execute and be bound by this agreement.

Reproduction Prohibited. No copies shall be made or retained of any written information supplied to Buyer/Broker from Listing Broker.
