Request for Leave - Length of Leave. Employees shall notify the Superintendent in writing of their request for a personal leave of absence on request forms provided by the District. The actual starting date and ending date of the leave, if it is granted, will be determined by the Board as necessary to protect the quality of the instructional program and to accommodate the need of the employee.
