All requests by school officials to undertake an undercover school operation in a particular school or school district will be directed to the local chief of police or, where appropriate, to the Superintendent of State Police. However, it is understood that the ultimate approval of all undercover school operations can only be granted by (designated school official) and (the county prosecutor) or, where appropriate, the Attorney General or his or her designee. When the school official designated as the liaison for law enforcement is the person under investigation, school districts are encouraged to have a plan in place on who should report to law enforcement (e.g., the liaison’s supervisor or the chief school administrator).

  • Professional Conduct Breaches of professional conduct and failure to perform at the established professional level are subject to disciplinary procedures. Examples of such breaches are: abuses of sick leave and other leaves, chronic tardiness, willful deficiencies in professional performance or proven incompetence, violation of Board policy, regulations and administrative directions not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement and violation of the terms of this Agreement. Alleged breaches of professional conduct and reasons for possible disciplinary action shall be reported promptly to the offending Employee.

  • General Conduct The BSC has specific policies governing conduct in the units, including, but not limited to, assault, harassment, sexual harassment, host, alcohol, party and substance abuse policies. Member agrees to read and abide by these policies. Failure to follow BSC conduct policies will lead to a range of sanctions up to and including termination of this contract and BSC membership.
