Common use of – Required Taking of Leave Clause in Contracts

– Required Taking of Leave. The department director may at any time direct an employee to take accrued leave when such action is necessary to assure that the employee takes the minimum use required; or, that the leave which the employee is directed to take will be in excess of the one hundred and fifty days of maximum leave the employee is permitted to carry beyond the first day of the first pay period in January.
