REQUIRED TESTING. The following testing is required of all drivers:
REQUIRED TESTING. The Greeneview Local School District may elect to have all testing performed through a consortium of employees required by law to perform alcohol and drug testing of employees.

For calculating deterioration factors at least two Type I tests before bench ageing of the emission control hardware and at least two Type I tests after the bench-aged emission hardware is reinstalled have to be performed. Additional testing may be conducted by the manufacturer. Calculation of the deterioration factors shall be done according to the calculation method set out in paragraph 7. of this annex and with the additional requirements contained in this Regulation.
REQUIRED TESTING. If Owner, the Contract Documents or applicable Law requires any portion of the Work to be inspected, tested, or approved, Contractor shall conduct or arrange for such inspection, test or approval at the appropriate time and shall give advance written notice of the test inspection so that Owner may observe such inspection, testing or approval. Contractor shall provide copies of all testing results to Owner. If any inspection or testing reveals a failure of the Work to conform to Contract Documents and Laws caused by acts or omissions of Contractor, Contractor shall pay for all costs thereof and subsequent correction of the Work.

No covered employee shall refuse to submit to any of the required tests for the following substances which are specified in the law and are prohibited: Amphetamines and Methamphetamines Cocaine Cannabinoids (THC / Marijuana) Phencyclidine (PCP) Opiates (Heroin, Morphine, Codeine) Alcohol
