Employees on Reemployment List. Employees on a reemployment list shall be 27 given prior consideration for service as substitute Employees at the appropriate substitute rate 28 established by the Employer.

Employees on Leave Unit members who are granted Sick Leave Bank Days shall be considered to be in regular paid status during such leave.
Re-employment List An employee who is reduced in position, or who is laid off by reason of a reduction in force accomplished pursuant to this Section, shall automatically have his/her name placed on a re- employment list for the position which he/she formerly held. The ranking of names upon such re- employment list shall be in accordance with the employee’s length of service with the City in that position. Such re-employment lists shall have priority for a period of two (2) years over any other eligibility list for such affected position, providing, however, that employees not reinstated within six (6) months after being laid off must pass a pre-employment physical examination prior to reinstatement.
Reemployment List 1. When all paid or unpaid leaves of absence have been exhausted following an industrial accident or industrial illness, an employee shall be placed on the reemployment list for the class from which he/she was on leave for a period not to exceed thirty-nine (39) months.

Employees on Layoff A classified employee who receives an Employer Contribution, who has three (3) or more years of continuous service, and who has been permanently or seasonally laid off, remains eligible for an Employer Contribution and all other benefits provided under this Article for an extended benefit eligibility period of six (6) months from the date of layoff.
Cyclic Employment Leave Leave without pay will be granted to cyclic year employees during their off season.
TEACHER EMPLOYMENT 8.1. The Board agrees to employ only those teachers who hold at least a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and are certifiable by the New Hampshire State Department of Education. Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.
Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2
Employees on Pre-scheduled Leave If an employee is on pre-scheduled leave the day of the closure, the employee will be compensated according to the approved leave.
