Requirements for Subsequent Advances. Prior to any subsequent advances secured by a Mortgage, Borrower shall satisfy the following requirements and, if required by Lender, deliver to Lender evidence of such satisfaction, such requirements also being applicable prior to any subsequent advances secured by each additional Mortgage:
