Reserve Annual Training Sample Clauses

Reserve Annual Training. A leave of absence will be granted to reservists for training purposes not to exceed fifteen (15) days per calendar year. Teachers shall make application on the Request for Leave Form to the Human Resources department and shall enclose a copy of their military order. Leaves for training purposes are granted without loss of pay, but employees are encouraged to make arrangements to take these training periods during winter, spring, or summer recess.

  • Loading on Annual Leave During a period of annual leave an Employee covered by this clause shall receive a loading of 22.5% calculated on the all-purpose rate of wage prescribed by Appendix A, clause 2.3 of this Agreement.
