Resident Educator Mentor/Coach. 1. The Superintendent or his/her designee will make a determination as to the assignment of Mentors/Coaches to specific teachers on the first (1st), second (2nd), or third (3rd) year of their Resident Educator License or Alternative Resident Educator License no later than September 1st of each school year.
