Resident Engineering Services. The ENGINEER agrees to furnish a Resident Project Representative and assistants on site, part-time or full-time during significant construction activity when required or notified by the OWNER.

Resident Engineering Services. 1. During the Construction Phase, Consultant shall furnish a part-time Resident Project Representative (RPR) for a total of 260 staff-hours to be expended over an anticipated construction duration of not more than 13 months. Performance of the RPR work may be completed jointly by Consultant and their Subconsultant.
