Resident Liability. Residents assume full liability for any loss or damage to the property of the College or others in the community that may be caused by their behaviors or actions, including the behavior or actions of their guests.
Resident Liability. This nursing facility provider agrees that the program designated resident liability for a recipient is to be collected by the provider for authorized care, services, and goods. This provider agrees not to bill and not to otherwise attempt to collect payments from the recipient's representative, relative of the recipient, recipient's estate, or others for any amounts for any care, services, or goods in excess of the applicable resident liability. If the resident chooses, the facility must manage the resident's funds. In managing the funds, the facility must keep them in separate accounts, maintain a system that assures a full and complete and separate accounting, and affords the resident or legal representative reasonable access to the record.
Resident Liability. Resident shall indemnify and hold Clearview harmless from all claims, damages, liabilities and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, resulting from injury to any person(s) and damage to any property caused by or in any way connected with a negligent or intentional act or omission of Resident or any of Resident’s family or other guests.

Resident Liability. The resident is responsible for the condition of the assigned unit and all furnishings, and shall reimburse the University for all damages to or loss of these furnishings beyond ordinary wear and tear. Damages to the common areas may be charged to all residents in that area. Residents shall not deliberately destroy, deface, damage, impair, or remove any part of the premises, nor permit any person to do so. The resident shall pay for any repairs or replacements made necessary due to deliberate, accidental, or negligent acts or omissions of the resident, the resident's family, or the resident's guests. Residents shall not drive any nails, screws, plant hooks or other devices into the walls, floors, doors, ceiling, or woodwork. Any adhesive material used must remove cleanly and completely without damage to the facility upon removal. Residents must complete a room/unit condition form upon arrival to certify the condition of the assigned unit. Failure to submit the completed room condition form within 3 days of occupancy shall mean that the assigned room/unit is in perfect condition and the resident assumes full responsibility for any damages noted upon move-out.
Resident Liability. The resident shall be liable for guests’ conduct, damages, cleanliness of the premises, and loss of property in the XXXXXXXX LOUNGE and surrounding areas. This includes all persons entering the room during the reserved time. Non-compliance will directly affect your deposit and future privileges for private functions or gatherings. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Resident hereby warrants that there will be no charge to his/her guest for admission. Only non-profit events may be held. 5. TERRACE USE: Terrace usage is allowed but must strictly follow NOISE DISTURBANCE policies. Also, any event of objects being thrown from the terrace will result in immediate removal from the lounge and forfeit of security deposit as well as, forfeiting any future opportunities to rent any Mercantile Place amenity space. 6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS: Seating and maximum attendance for any event is 75 guests. All guests must register at the Front Desk. Residents should provide the Front Desk with a guest list in advance of the event. No guest will be allowed entrance without approval of the resident. Any changes to guest list must be made by the resident. 7.
Resident Liability. If you fail to comply with this Addendum, you will be held responsible for property damage to the Apartment and any health problems that may result. Owner cannot repair or remedy problems in your Apartment unless Owner knows about them. As the Occupant, you agree to diligently, monitor and report potential problems. You agree to be liable for any mold remediation or loss of use if it is determined by Owner that you failed to promptly notify Owner of the problem. You agree to promptly pay Owner for its loss or estimated loss within fourteen (14) days of being presented with same. Failure to comply with this Addendum to make full and prompt payment is a default of your Lease.
