Residential Streets & Parks Parking Lots. CONTRACTOR shall provide 14 Street Sweeping Service on residential streets & parks parking lots commencing no earlier than 15 6:00 a.m. and terminating no later than 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with no service on 16 Saturday (except for holiday service as set forth in Article 3.09 of this Agreement in which case 17 normal Collection hours may be utilized) or Sunday. The hours, days, or both of service may be 18 extended due to extraordinary circumstances or conditions with the prior verbal consent of the 19 City Representative. Sweeping in residential areas shall be coordinated with Collection Services 20 to ensure that sweeping occurs after Collection of all Carts has been completed on a specific 21 street.

  • SHOPPING CENTRES 1. The general terms and provisions of the VBIA shall apply to “Shopping Centres” (as defined) with the following variations:

  • Streets The Developer agrees to dedicate and improve and/or construct, at no cost to the Town, all public and/or private streets, including but not limited to: curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, located within or required by this Project to comply with Town Regulations in accordance with the Final Project Documents.

  • Gardens Lawns, xxxxxx, flower beds, trees, shrubs, outside walls and fences.

  • Rate Center Area The geographic area that has been identified by a given LEC as being associated with a particular NPA-NXX code assigned to the LEC for its provision of Telephone Exchange Services. The Rate Center Area is the exclusive geographic area that the LEC has identified as the area within which it will provide Telephone Exchange Services bearing the particular NPA-NXX designation associated with the specific Rate Center Area.

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

  • EMBANKMENT WIDENING The minimum embankment widening is:  2 feet for embankment heights at centerline of 2 to 6 feet.  4 feet for embankment heights at centerline of greater than 6 feet. Purchaser shall apply embankment widening equally to both sides of the road to achieve the required width.

  • Summer Session A. All ASEs employed in the Summer Session shall receive the same general range adjustment as ASEs received in the preceding Fall term.
