Residents’ Council. Each Willow Valley resident will be represented by an elected Residents’ Council. The Residents’ Council acts in an advisory capacity to the Administration of the Community and serves to facilitate the exchange of ideas between the residents and the Administration. Willow Valley or its designated representative shall, at a minimum, hold quarterly meetings with the residents of each community or campus for the purpose of free discussions of policies, programs, services, and other issues germane to residents.

Residents’ Council. You are encouraged to participate in the Community’s Residents’ Council. This organization discusses the Community’s programs and makes suggestions to Operator regarding any program at the Community. Operator will endeavor to be responsive to the suggestions raised by the Residents’ Council.

  • City Council “City Council” means the governing body of the City.

  • ADVISORY COUNCIL An Advisory Council consisting of the superintendent of each participating District, or his/her designee is hereby created. The purpose of such Advisory Council is to monitor the performance of this Agreement, amend this Agreement (with concurrence of all parties affected), and terminate this Agreement as provided in Section IX. Activities of the Advisory Council shall take place as needed, called by a majority of its members or by the Superintendent of the NWESD, or his/her designee. Decisions by the Advisory Council will be made by a vote of greater than fifty percent (50%) of a quorum.
